M3 provides marketing and market research services to pharmaceutical and healthcare companies across Europe. We led the end-to-end design and build of the new M3 Europe website – and created the M3 Studio brand alongside it – to help a business with a lot of detail to communicate.
M3’s services span content, engagement and market research, aimed at pharmaceutical marketers who are themselves working in a heavily regulated, highly technical sector. That was a lot of ground to cover. We needed to plan an architecture and a set of user journeys that guided pharmaceutical marketers towards the right service for them, rather than leaving them to work it out. The copy had to do something similar: technical enough to be credible in a healthcare context, but written so that a busy marketer could easily read it, and structured to support search visibility as well as sounding good. And whatever we built needed to use templates flexible enough for M3’s own marketing team to manage, without needing a web developer
We built the new M3 Europe website on a fully responsive, performance-optimised foundation, with page templates designed for the M3 team to update and expand themselves. Every page was optimised for on-page SEO – including keyword strategy, metadata, content structure and internal linking – so the new site didn’t just look better, it found its audience more easily too. And our copywriters achieved the difficult task of balancing technical healthcare messaging with clear, engaging content.
We didn’t stop there. Our team created sales collateral, presentations, digital campaigns, social graphics and exhibition materials. We also produced a corporate brand video that told the M3 story through motion, animation and storytelling.
Alongside this, we created the M3 Studio brand. This new brand, which covers in-house creative, content and production services, needed a distinctive visual identity. We built a visual system flexible enough to hold its shape across multiple countries and campaigns. This new identity was backed by a full set of brand guidelines covering logo usage, colour, typography, imagery, iconography and tone of voice.
The result is a business that can explain everything it does, on a website built to grow with it. And there’s a brand behind it that looks like a single company, wherever in Europe you meet it.
