Livity Life

Livity Life delivers technology-enabled care services to local authorities and care providers across England, using smart technology to help people live safely and independently at home.

Building a complete brand identity for a company with a genuine mission was an exciting brief. Our goal was to create a great brand and then make sure that it showed up consistently everywhere, from a brochure to a branded van.

A technology-led company with a brand to build

Livity Life operates in a sector where trust matters more than almost anything else. The people they work with – local authorities, care providers and the individuals whose safety depends on the technology – need to feel confident in the organisation behind the tech. Building that confidence starts with how a brand looks and feels: whether it’s coherent; whether it’s professional; and whether it conveys who you are and what you stand for. Getting all of that right, and then applying it consistently across a wide range of digital and physical touchpoints, is what the project called for.

A brand built to work everywhere

We started at the foundations by creating a distinctive logo that reflected Livity Life’s values. This was accompanied by a set of comprehensive brand guidelines to make sure that everything that followed looked consistent.

From there, the work spread across a wide range of applications. A professionally designed six-page brochure brought together services and messaging in a format that could do real work in sales and partnership conversations. Infographics took complex information – the kind that’s difficult to communicate about high-tech services – and made it accessible. Newsletter designs gave the team a polished, on-brand format for ongoing communications. The same identity ran through every physical and digital item, from branded lanyards to vehicle graphics for the company vans that put the brand on the road.

Everything was delivered as production-ready artwork, with the visual identity held consistently throughout. To make sure that the Livity Life team had complete transparency during the design process, we created items such as mobile phone mock-ups to show how the brand looked across all the different platforms.

The result is an organisation that looks as credible and professional as the work it actually does.
