Exclaimer is a leading email signature management platform, used by over nine million email accounts at companies including the BBC, Cisco, Sony and HP. We were asked to produce a series of design-led marketing assets for this highly trusted name.
Exclaimer’s product exists to give businesses a consistent, professional brand presence in every email they send. That makes the quality and consistency of Exclaimer’s own marketing materials more than a nice-to-have – it’s a direct reflection of what they stand for. Working across a large number of formats, the brief required us to hold Exclaimer’s brand to the same standard it provides for its customers: consistent and professional across every channel.
We were tasked with delivering a wide range of production-ready artwork and digital assets optimised for print, presentation, web and social media use. So we rolled up our sleeves, sharpened our (digital) pencils, and got to work.
High-impact print advertisements for industry publications were designed to stand out in a busy market. For events, we created exhibition stand graphics and pull-up banners that gave Exclaimer a strong, cohesive presence at trade shows and conferences. White papers were designed with clear layouts and engaging visuals that made substantive content easier to engage with, without feeling heavy. LinkedIn carousel graphics gave the marketing team a polished format for thought leadership and product content on social. Sales presentations were built in PowerPoint to a standard that Exclaimer’s employees could be confident in, whatever room they walked into. We even designed branded product packaging that balanced visual appeal with practical functionality.
Throughout, every asset – regardless of format or channel – was designed to the same brand standards. In partnership with the Exclaimer team, designs were refined through close collaboration. The result is a body of work that holds together as well in a conference hall as it does in a LinkedIn feed.
