Cribl

Cribl is an AI platform for telemetry, helping its customers collect, process and manage their IT and security data at scale. We produced a suite of branded creative assets to help this large, technically ambitious company tell its story more clearly across sales, social media and campaigns.

A technical platform with a lot to explain

Cribl operates in a sector where the products are sophisticated, the audience is technically fluent and the competition is well-resourced. In that environment, marketing assets need to do two things at once: be technically credible enough for an IT professional to trust, and clear enough to work at a glance on a social feed or in a sales conversation. Getting the design right – consistent and usable across multiple platforms including digital and print – is the kind of thing that sounds straightforward but rarely is.

Creative built to cut through the noise

First of all, we produced a suite of branded information cards to communicate Cribl’s key product and service information. The format was visually engaging and immediately on-brand. Alongside those, we designed professional datasheets, structured for readability and built to work in both digital and print. Clear layouts made technical specifications easy to navigate, rather than hard to decipher.

For social media, we developed a range of assets optimised for each platform’s specific requirements, alongside promotional graphics to support product launches, campaigns and brand awareness activity. Throughout, every deliverable was held to the same brand standards in its typography, colour and visual style, so nothing looked like it came from a different project. Working closely with the Cribl team, we refined designs through feedback and iteration until every piece was right. This collaborative way of working meant that the final artwork completely met the team’s requirements, and was delivered in the appropriate formats for print, digital distribution and social publishing.
