1 Eligibility: The prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland & Wales aged 18 years or over except employees of Foster & Scott Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

2 Entry: Entry to the competition is by submitting your entry via our entry form on our website. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.

3 Prize: Prizes are announced monthly at https://www.fosterandscott.com/prize-draw-social/.

4 Winner selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date. The decision of Foster & Scott Ltd is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5 Winner notification: The winner will be notified by Email and Telephone on the date displayed at https://www.fosterandscott.com/prize-draw-social/.  If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6 Promotional activity: The Winner agrees to take part in post‐promotion activity.
